PAYMENTS
50% Down payments are required to initiate the commission or to reserve a slot for longer due commissions.Final payment must be made before sending the final files to the client.WILL DRAW

There will be 3 revisions during the sketching to a base color stage.1 Minor Adjustment on the rendered piece. Note that once the overall composition during the sketching and coloring stage are approved, any other big adjustments will result in a charge.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Time Frame would be 2 weeks to a month! Once I've started working on your commission, expect frequent updates!COMMERCIAL USE

Marketing License(Advertising and posting online): +$50
Prints for Freebies & Giveaways: Non Commercial +50%
Merchandise, Book Prints(Overlays, Stickers, Etc.): Commercial +100%
Covers, Selling Rights, Book Boxes: +120%
Clients are only allowed to use the artwork on their specified licenses. Personal Uses may be posted online, but not for marketing/advertising purposes.

- The artist has full rights to the artworks.
- The artist may share the artwork as commission samples, unless stated otherwise by the client.NO AI
- DO NOT use, upload, or incorporate the Work into any generative artificial intelligence ("AI") system, database, or tool, including training datasets, diffusion models, or Al-assisted outputs, without the Licensor's prior written consent.LICENSING
The Licensee shall not:- Claim ownership of the Work.
- Alter, modify, or create derivative works without the Licensor's written approval (unless otherwise agreed).
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Work beyond the permitted uses.
- Use, upload, or incorporate the Work into any generative artificial intelligence ("AI") system, database, or tool, including training datasets, diffusion models, or Al-assisted outputs.REFUNDS
Once the sketch is sent and approved, there will be no refund. Unless agreed upon by both parties.COMMUNICATION
