- The artist may share the artwork as commission samples, unless stated otherwise by the client.LICENSINGThe Licensee shall not:- Claim ownership of the Work.
- Alter, modify, or create derivative works without the Licensor's written approval (unless otherwise agreed).
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Work beyond the permitted uses.
- Use, upload, or incorporate the Work into any generative artificial intelligence ("AI") system, database, or tool, including training datasets, diffusion models, or Al-assisted outputs.REFUNDSOnce the sketch is sent and approved, there will be no refund.
